    The Bernard Humbrecht estate is strong in its traditional Alsatian values of producing quality wines with respect for tradition and the environment to sublimate your dishes from the most usual to the most refined.

    The other value to which our estate is particularly attached is the sustainability of our production so that other generations of winemakers can be born and produce wine at Gueberschwihr.

    So, although our working methods have changed over the generations, we attach particular importance to respecting our environment. We cultivate the vines in a sustainable way, leaving one row grassed and working the other mechanically.
