Three musical artists bring their talents to bear in a wild interpretation of Grimm's famous fairy tale.

Two children, a witch and her gingerbread house. All the famous ingredients of the tale are there. Collectif Ubique brings the Grimm brothers' tale up to date in a rhythmic, offbeat version featuring theorbo, lute, musical saw, violin, clarinet, percussion and sung and sung lyrics. A poetic, madcap show in which the alexandrine is given pride of place, in a complete rewriting of the text and original compositions combining ancient and modern instruments.

One story, three chairs, eight instruments: the stage direction that has become the Collectif Ubique's signature hits the mark. The three performers, who take it in turns to tell the story, play the characters and play the musicians, draw on this complementary and multi-faceted approach to present a fresh and delightful version of Hansel and Gretel.
