Illhaeusern, a former village of boatmen, invites you to discover its culinary specialities well known to the Alsatians of the Ried: carp, fried fillets of perch accompanied by Alsatian wines. Enjoy Alsatian folklore to the sound of a local orchestra.
For bookings, a permanence is assured every evening one week before the festival, in the village hall of Illhaeusern.
