For the 150th anniversary of Albert Schweitzer's birth, Francis Guthleben and I imagined this book as a tribute from an entire valley to its Nobel Peace Prize winner. In this collaborative work, published by Reber Editions, we have given the floor to 13 authors and 80 inhabitants of the Vallée de Munster.
The authors' stories are inspired by personal memories, dialogues with Albert Schweitzer across time, entreaties to the Dear Doctor, transgenerational messages, always with a pen in which emotion is at the surface
