The Bikers (9-12 years) - Learning to ride a mountain bike

The objective of the Bikers is to ride a mountain bike. To be able to ride a bike and to ride safely on rough terrain.
Adopt the ideal position to keep your balance and get through the first difficulties.
Control your speed on a slope, brake and change gear. Be able to negotiate the first obstacles in complete safety.
Carry out the first rides on a mountain bike adapted to the child's abilities.

Equipment: bike, helmet, long gloves, clothing adapted to the weather, sunglasses, sun cream, water bottle and snacks.

The child can move from one group to another during the cycle according to his/her abilities, even if this does not correspond to the initial age in the Loupiot, Biclou and Biker groups.
A change of location may be proposed, particularly for safety reasons related to the weather.
We will also adapt the contents according to the expectations and capacities of the pupils.

Departure with 4 cyclists / 8 maximum. Reservation required. 5 courses from Monday to Friday.
