Junior course - Discover riding at the Bike Park  

The Bike Park du Lac Blanc offers a course aimed at children from 8 to 12 years old who wish to discover the practice of mountain biking in a bike park or who have little experience in a bike park with an evolution on the green and blue trails.

This course is supervised by Alexandre, certified instructor. The best way to discover the joys of riding.

Content: discovery of the mountain bike discipline in the bike park in order to make the rider autonomous and aware of possible difficulties.

Program: positioning on the bike, managing balance and braking, anticipation, adapting speed, reading the terrain and turns, introduction to jumps and passing through modules on green and possibly blue tracks.

Equipment required: 24 inch semi rigid or full suspension mountain bike, protective equipment (DH helmet obligatory) and all other equipment strongly recommended (back protector, elbow pads, knee pads, gloves...), suitable clothing.

Duration: from 09 am to 1 pm with a 1/2 hour break.

Number of places are limited to 8 persons.

Price: 40 euros. This price includes supervision by a qualified instructor (excluding equipment, lift pass and meal).
