What is Qi Gong according to my teacher Song Arun?

The term Qi Gong (or Chi Gong) is composed of two Chinese ideograms: "Qi" which translates as "breath, energy" and "Gong", which designates both the work or exercise, the means used, and the mastery, the goal sought. Qi Gong therefore means "the work of energy", as well as the mastery of breath or energy.
Qi Gong is an energetic art based on movements applying the principles of Chinese physiology and philosophy. The aim is to maintain health and well-being, by harmonising the body, the breath and the mind. This practice favours the good circulation of energy, concentration and memory. Qi Gong exercises are essentially preventive and constitute a practice of physical and mental well-being.

What is Sara's sound journey?

"The sound journey is a well-being, a balance and a re-harmonisation of body and mind. An absolute relaxation through vibrations and sounds, allowing you to let go and to disconnect completely. Tibetan bowls, ocean drums, crystal bowls, koshi and gongs accompany you during this modified state of consciousness.
It is beneficial for stress, anxiety, depression, pain, poor cellular breathing, sleep problems and more. "Sara Kruch
