For its second edition, the Alchémille restaurant invites gastronomy lovers to a unique experience dedicated to the richness of Alsace's terroir.

These gustatory strolls, specially designed for the occasion, honor exceptional products and the stories that surround them. Each evening is an opportunity to discover the treasures of the region, in a moment of sharing and conviviality.

The producers' evenings:

January 15: Freydt-Drouan et Fils, Cul Noir Alsacien pig breeders in the Vallée de Villé.
January 22: Gaétan Laurent's farm in Fréland and the Pierrevlecin-Basler farm in Lapoutroie.
February 5: Jérémy Fuchs, the last professional Rhine fisherman in the Haut-Rhin.

Drinks included in the price: aperitif, 2 matching glasses, water and hot drinks. Places limited, reservations required: website, or telephone.
