Every year, the museum takes part in this European event. Themed guided tours and creative workshops are scheduled around the theme of space. Guided tour "Fabric, the designer's space" at 4pm, 6pm and 8pm: whether the pattern is placed or repetitive, the designer thinks and creates motifs to ennoble the fabric. Discover the craft of textile design, which lies at the heart of the art of printing fabrics. You can admire the talent of these artists in the museum's new museum spaces dedicated to the Ecole de la fleur and the carrés Hermès. Print workshop "Create your own intergalactic pouch" (4pm to 9pm): Bérangère Paris and Poupet-Pounket will take you on a creative journey to decorate your pouch with motifs of rockets, planets and, of course, extraterrestrials, using a variety of techniques (printing, stencilling, flocking). Guided tours of the Wax! (2 to 4 pm) and workshop (6 pm): Anne Grosfilley, PhD in anthropology, specialist in African textiles and fashion, is curator of the Wax! exhibition, produced in collaboration with the Haute Ecole des Arts du Rhin. During a guided tour and workshop, she will introduce you to this fabric with its distinctive patterns and its uses in clothing. Draped and sewn, learn the art of adorning yourself with wax and make a trendy piece of jewelry.
