Vernissage - Nationale 6 photography exhibition by François Heyer  

"I ride my motorcycle along the old N6 with its deserted buildings, roads, poles and more. Strolling along, taking time to observe and choose subjects. The silver process fits in well with this slow wandering, in contrast to the nearby A6 and its incessant flow. In my photos, there are few humans. Not that the old N6 is deserted. Shopkeepers, deliverymen, workers and certainly a few gourmet customers of Michelin-starred restaurants use the D906. But when it comes to services, there's no doubt about it! Outside the towns, there's nothing, and if you're on a motorcycle (which is easy to park on the side of the road), you'd better think about refuelling". François Heyer
