A historic building located in the centre of Colmar, Le Fer Rouge offers home-made Alsatian cuisine with some seasonal suggestions. There is something for everyone: from the classic Fer Rouge sauerkraut, through the supreme of chicken in Colmar sauce with foie gras, to the Black Angus quality chateau rib eye... As for desserts, the pastry chef will tantalise the taste buds of even the most demanding gourmets!
