Colmar Fascht !  

Colmar Fascht is back for another year.
Organised by the City of Colmar in partnership with the Place du Marché aux Fruits association, this festive day celebrates the rich heritage of Alsace while honouring a twin town.
Guest of honour for 2025: the town of Abingdon (United Kingdom): this year, Colmar welcomes Abingdon, a twin town with a rich historical and cultural past.
On the programme
Alsatian and British folk entertainment, concerts throughout the day with local and guest bands, tasting stands: Alsatian specialities (tartes flambées, Koïfhus sausage) and British specialities (roast beef, craft beers).
To taste
Colmarian stir-fry, offered by the Place du Marché-aux-Fruits association.
It consists of spaetzle, cabbage and Koïfhus sausage (created by Jauss butchers, delicatessen and caterers).
