This pleasant, recently renovated 50m² gîte, with terrace and private parking for motorbikes and bicycles, is a 6-minute drive from Colmar's historic town centre. The bus stop close to the gite (less than 1 minute away) will make it easy for you to get around. All this will ensure you have a pleasant stay in the heart of Alsace.

Comprising a fully-equipped kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed, a living room with a sofa bed, a dining room and a bathroom with a bath, this flat provides all the comforts you need for your stay. You will have an induction hob, a microwave, an oven, a fridge/freezer, two coffee machines (Nespresso and a traditional machine), a kettle, a toaster, a bottle warmer and all the utensils for cooking.

Access from the kitchen to the 10m² pergola terrace, where you can eat and relax.

To perfect your comfort, you will have an unlimited WiFi connection, a flat-screen SMART TV connected with TNT SAT decoder, unlimited Netflix HD, a mini HI-FI system (with CD/MP3 and USB player), a washing machine, a hairdryer, an ironing board and iron.
