Travelling exhibition Simone Weil - A destiny 1927-2017
Discover the extraordinary life of Simone Veil. Deported at the age of 16 and a half to Auschwitz, Minister of Health who instigated the legalisation of abortion, President of the European Parliament, immortal member of the Académie française, this emblematic figure of women's struggles is one of France's favourite personalities and the fifth woman to enter the Pantheon. The exhibition retraces her life, in 24 panels, from her birth to her induction into the Pantheon, through her battles and her career.
