From June to the end of August, the winegrowers of Eguisheim take it in turns to lead tourists to the hillsides of the Eichberg and Pfersigberg. Along the trail, which is lined with explanatory signs, the winegrower will stop off to talk about pruning in winter, flowering, lifting and trimming, the grape harvest at the end of summer, work in the cellars and bottling. After the walk (you'll need to be well-shod), the winegrower guides participants to his cellar for a guided tasting session. Subject to cancellation in the event of harvest.
