Enjoy a tasty experience based on surprising food and wine pairings, discovering Alsace wines and their palette of aromas.
It's the perfect way to learn about Alsace wines and to share your passion for the independent winegrowing profession.
Program:
6:30pm: Welcome with a glass of wine for the aperitif and tour of the winery.
7:00-9:30 pm: Wine and cheese tasting workshop.
Mathilde Marzolf, winemaker, and Jacques Quesnot, founder of the Saint Nicolas cheese dairy/affinerie in Buhl, will work with you on tasting techniques to help you excel in pairing your cheeses.
