Descriptif

In 1980, Xavier Schoepfer settled and decided to develop his own estate, as the family vineyard had become too small. Over the years, the business has continued to grow and evolve.

Today, it cultivates 11 hectares of vineyards, compared to just 2 hectares in its early days. The parcels are spread across seven communes, including the prestigious Grand Cru Hatschbourg in Hattstatt. This diversity allows for a rich and varied selection of wines. The vineyard includes all seven Alsatian grape varieties, with Chardonnay used in the production of Crémant, bringing complexity and freshness.

In Alsace, the vineyard is distinguished by its seven emblematic grape varieties. Unlike other French wine regions, where wines are named after their terroir, here it is the grape varieties themselves that define them. That is why you will find our wines, always presented in their typical, slender bottle: Sylvaner, Pinot Blanc, Riesling, Muscat d’Alsace, Pinot Gris, Gewurztraminer, and Pinot Noir.
