This pleasant, recently renovated 50m² gîte, with terrace and private parking for motorbikes and bicycles, is a 6-minute drive from Colmar's historic town centre. The bus stop close to the gite (less than 1 minute away) will make it easy for you to get around. All this will ensure you have a pleasant stay in the heart of Alsace.

Comprising a fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed, a living room with a sofa bed, a dining room and a bathroom with a bath, this flat provides all the comforts you need for your stay. You'll have an induction hob, microwave, oven, fridge/freezer, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, bottle warmer and all the utensils you need for cooking.

Access from the kitchen to the 10m² pergola terrace will allow you to eat and relax there.
