Housed since 1996 in the former Fischer sauerkraut factory on Rue Rapp, in the heart of Old Colmar, the André Malraux Contemporary Art Center presents free exhibitions by visual artists every year. Supported by the City of Colmar, the André Malraux Contemporary Art Space is named in honor of the French Minister of Culture who helped Colmar benefit from the law on protected historic districts.
