Exposition Maqmanolo - pop art lineal

The artist MAQMANOLO makes "linear pop art": everything is based on the line. The basic line, which looks like nothing, the first thing you draw as a child... It's simple, but becomes complex if it's juxtaposed, curved or interrupted. What the artist does on a daily basis is decorate abandoned clutter, to make passers-by smile. We're dealing here with very quick, raw work: we need to find a catchphrase in line with the object, its color or its situation, and create a linear motif. But all this can be applied to many other media: interior and exterior walls with frescoes, electrical boxes for the Eurométropole, tiles, customized objects, stickers, etc. The exhibition can be viewed at concerts and on request.
