Great misfortune  

Chaos reigns at the Faltenbourg spa. Sabine, the new administrator, has to get the place back in order, because the director, Dr KOWALSKI, is up to some dubious tricks. What's more, new patients are expected. Sabine's father Martin, a wily pensioner, is always up for a bad joke. But also Eva and Claire, with their diametrically opposed characters. What's more, a regular guest of the house arrives, Brigitte, an inveterate gourmet who has come for a weight-loss treatment. These arrivals create quite a stir, especially as the other guests and staff at the spa also have their own particular characters. Elli, the strong-willed cleaning lady, is looking for her soul mate and thinks she's found her in Richard, a reserved and hesitant customer. Jean-Pierre, a French hairdresser (he speaks Alsatian with a French accent) prefers men and is always trying his luck with Georges, the in-house masseur. Georges is also inundated with advances from Jenny, the fitness instructor.
Jean, the hotel concierge, shuns work like the plague. And to complete the picture, Claire's son (or daughter) bursts into the hotel in search of his mother, whom he (or she) hasn't heard from for some time.
