2 room flat of 40m² in Colmar, 250m from the pedestrian area and the Tourist Centre. Ideal to discover Colmar on foot! Free private parking within the condominium.

Accessible on one level, through an independent entrance, the flat is away from the road, quiet, in a small courtyard with garages and flower beds.

For our cycling friends, a secure bicycle garage is available on site.

The west-facing living room is bright with flat-screen colour TV and DVD player.

Beautiful functional equipped kitchen (fridge, freezer, microwave, multifunction oven, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, table grill...).

The bathroom offers a 70 x 160cm shower area, a wash basin with storage space and a hairdryer.

The bedroom is very light and spacious, in a very "cosy" style with a 140 x 200 cm bed, a 2-door wardrobe and a chest of drawers.

Our furniture is equipped with "Bébé Confort" to accommodate also the youngest ones (umbrella bed, high chair, changing mattress, bath seat ...).

Washing machine and cleaning products at your disposal on site.

All the tourist information is provided in order to optimize your stay:

- villages of the Wine Route and its picturesque villages: Eguisheim, favourite village of the French in 2013, and Kaysersberg in 2017 >>>> 15mn by car. And others such as Riquewihr, Ribeauvillé, Bergheim, Hunawihr etc...

- Museums ( Hansi, Bartholdi, Unterlinden, Toy Museum etc...)

- Haut-Koenigsbourg castle and other castles that you will be able to discover during your hikes - IGN hiking map provided on request.

- Parc des Cigognes,

- Volerie des Aigles and Monkey Mountain,

- Ecomuseum of Alsace,

- Vosges Regional Park with the route des Crêtes and its Fermes Auberges where you can enjoy the "repas marcaire" - the largest amusement park in Europe, EUROPA PARK 35mn away ...

- Numerous memorials of the 1st and 2nd world wars... On the day of your arrival, I will personally welcome you and give you all the advice you need to make the most of your stay, according to your expectations.
