Natural history and ethnography Museum

At the heart of the Little Venice district, in a beautiful historic building, the Colmar Museum of Natural History and Ethnography presents rich collections of regional and exotic naturalized animals, the geology of the planet with precious minerals. extraordinary fossils of prehistoric animals found in the region, rare ethnographic objects of the Marquesas Islands, China, Latin America, Africa and an important collection of ancient Egypt (mummies, Coptic fabrics ...), the only visible in Alsace. Compulsory health pass.

Opening hours

During school vacations: Tuesday to Sunday inclusive 10am to 12pm and 2pm to 6pm. Closed on Mondays.

During school periods : Tuesday to Friday inclusive 9am to 12pm and 2pm to 5pm; Saturday and Sunday 10am to 12pm and 2pm to 6pm. Closed on Mondays.

Closed: January 1, May 1, November 1 and December 25 to 31.
