In Colmar, La Brasserie Historique is unique: the brasserie cultivates a spirit that is both typically Alsatian and deliberately contemporary. The subtle harmony between the wood panelling, cast-iron wood-burning stove and period stained-glass windows on the one hand, and the shell-like hanging lamps and sleek, stylised tables on the other, makes for a very warm atmosphere in a very lively brasserie. The result is a very warm atmosphere for a very lively Brasserie. With friends or as a couple, for lunch or dinner, the Brasserie Historique is a friendly, gourmet place where you'll love to meet up.

The cuisine at the Brasserie Historique reflects its decor. Proud of its regional roots, the menu features the great Alsatian classics.

The inner courtyard of the Brasserie Historique is a delight!

The floor is made of pink Alsatian sandstone, with colourful planters here and there and modern Varaschin woven armchairs and minimalist tables. A masterful contrast of old and new, for a light, gourmet score.

The courtyard reflects the rhythm of the seasons and their poetry through a changing décor.

In autumn, pumpkins, pâtissons and other cucurbits play with their rounded shapes and orange hues.

In winter, the snow makes its appearance. The Christmas magic can begin!
