Descriptif

As soon as you cross the threshold of Restaurant Girardin, you are enveloped in a feeling of timeless lightness and purity.

The room is a subtle color palette of whites, a play on materials, textures and lights through the period stained glass windows. Everything is delicacy and sweetness.

No decorations… other than Bocci’s mouth-blown wall lamps, stellar and airy. The room is the delicately minimalist setting of the gourmet cuisine of Chef Eric Girardin.

A moment of authenticity and intimacy to enjoy in the shelter of the imposing alcove, all in tortoiseshell fabrics, or comfortably seated around a small table with an immaculate white tablecloth, perfectly set and underlined by an equally white orchid.

To keep our promise of an authentic gastronomic experience in a cozy and personal atmosphere, the Restaurant Girardin only has 18 seats and a limited number of guests around each table...

An opulent Renaissance facade and a very contemporary minimalist room. Likewise, Eric Girardin's gastronomic cuisine marvelously marries contrasts to offer cuisine rich in flavor and character.

The craftsman, passionate about beautiful seasonal products that he enhances every day, joins the artist who creates his plate. His progressive cuisine makes local products vibrate according to inspiration and his know-how.
