Nestled in the heart of Colmar's Little Venice, Le Comptoir de Georges invites you to enjoy traditional cuisine crafted around butcher's cuts of meat, as well as a few traditional Alsatian dishes.

Specialities include matured meats, typical Alsatian dishes and platters.

Maxime Fayolle, the Chef, favours short circuits, sourcing mainly from local artisans with a real love of good produce.

Maxime offers home-cooked, tasty and generous cuisine that is entirely homemade.
