L'HÔTEL SPA AU SOLEIL has opted for quality by creating partnerships with local producers to serve you seasonal, tasty and healthy dishes all year round. In this way, we are promoting short supply chains and enhancing the gastronomic and culinary heritage of our region. A virtuous circle for everyone, from producer to consumer, and respectful of the environment and the natural cycle of the seasons.

Chef Guillaume Schilling offers a cuisine that blends tradition and modernity. His love of the land and Alsatian cuisine means that he wants you to discover all its subtleties. Regional products magnified and highlighted for a journey to Alsatian soil.
